Job responsibilities
Designer (60%):
- Designs plans, drawings, specifications and addendas
- Estimates construction costs
- Performs surveys, carries out inspections, generates reports and supervises construction sites
Project Manager (40%):
- Acts as a client contact for the project’s technical aspects and schedule
- Coordinates the design team
- Ensures projects are reviewed by quality control
- Maintains file in order until it is archived

Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, member of the "Ordre des Ingénieurs du Quebec"
- 10 years of relevant experience in the field of Consulting Engineering
- Technical skills: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and automation
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Information technologies: Suite Office and AutoCAD (an asset)
